All rooms at The Phoenix Centre are available for hire for public or private functions, seven days a week from 9am–9pm.

We offer:

  • One large hall – seats up to 70 people
  • Two large rooms – each seats up to 30 or 40 people

Rooms can be booked for a single session or in blocks, depending on your needs.

Tables, chairs, tv, flip chart, whiteboards- no additional charge

Up to 3 hours £16 per hour
Additional hours £12 per hour

Children’s £13 per hour
Adult £15 per hour


Kitchen

£12 per hour


Teas, Coffees and biscuits £12 one off payment

Party hire

Minimum of 3 hours £55
Additional hours £12 per hour
Party/event hire includes the use of the kitchen to prepare food, and for water etc.

Non refundable booking fee of £30 is required upon booking- this is deducted from the total balance. 

ALL BOOKINGS MUST END BY 9PM, AND THE CENTRE CLEAN, VACATED BY 9:30pm.

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT (OVER 30 WITH PROOF OF I.D)

Non returnable deposit of £20 to secure your booking- must be paid at least 3 days before your booking date. Returnable cleaning deposit of £25 must be paid before your booking date.
